Weetwood Hall 50th birthday party

I just wanted to post a few shots from my recent party I was given to cover in Weetwood Hall, Otley, Leeds for the lovely Christina who was celebrating her 50th birthday in their plush establishment!
It was a fusion of Yorkshire meets Cyprus so bouzouki players set the scene and played through the night with Greek dancing to boot and lots of fun was had by all.

I was told to get lots of shots of Christina’s dog so it was a first for me having such a small guest of honour to capture!

It was my first time I’ve been to Weetwood House so wasn’t expecting the size of the venue-totally massive inside to how it looks on the outside.
it was the perfect venue to hold a party and would love to cover a wedding here too so hoping to get booked in the near future. Anyone reading this and getting married, feel free to contact me for a quote!

For the photography nerds out there, I tested out my lovely new 24-70mm Tamron G2 lens with vibration reduction on this shoot and found it tack sharp and a joy to use especially in low light along with my 70-200mm Nikon FL lens combo. I really do love my latest gear!

Anyway, here’s a selection of some of my favourite images from the night.
